@British_Airways I have terminal brain cancer and brain damage . BA knows this and has openly admitted it owes me approx £50. BA (including directors) are not paying but forcing me go to a mediator. No doubt my widow will have to pick this up at the time.
If I had my own personal crest to represent my life it would be a pet rat on one side, a Labrador on the other. And in the centre, an uncoiled coat hanger.
@Deliveroo ive just been assaulted by one of your drivers. He then broke our door by trying to break in. I have a disability and avterminal illness. Advice please
@DeliverooHelp@Crazy04315413@Deliveroo Were you actually attacked by them ? I was assaulted by a driver and Deliveroo don’t give a shit. A mere scam won’t get a response
@DeliverooHelp@Deliveroo To be more specific which of the following would you recommend to customers when dealing with your drivers : 1. Police on speed dial. 2. Reinforced doors 3. Self defence lessons

@DeliverooHelp@Deliveroo Thanks for your unhelpful reply. In the mean time have you got any advice for customers about your drivers forcing entry and assaulting your customers ?
@DeliverooHelp@Deliveroo Police will deal with that. Can a director please contact me tomorrow regarding this assault on a disabled person, and attempted forced entry
victim of incurable brain cancer. I requested disability assistance: instead, UA gave misinformation, and missed flight. Hours waiting, no food or drinks provided. Advice to fellow UA disabled passengers: make sure you have a REAL disability. Nothing trivial like incurable cancer
@united UA in blatant breach of Code of Federal regulations (regarding disabled). Now ignoring me. Please advise how to deal with this revolting behaviour
