@VSiNLive It's a New England thing. More specifically, Vermont as they are known for their dairy production.
I am from MA, just south of Vermont, but this is not something that I go out of my way to eat. It's something that you eat at an agricultural fair or on Thanksgiving
@VSiNLive just wanted to follow up from earlier. We have 10" of snow so far. Went out twice so far to shovel; again after this game.
This is how the beef rib is went. Usually I serve this with a green vegetable but the Hubbard squash will suffice.
@VSiNLive Western MA. Good excuse to be lazy. Not getting outta PJ's today.
Breakfast: sausage & spicy sweet potato hash, overeasy eggs
Dinner: 6hour braise on short ribs; will become beef bourguignon eventually.
I'll send some after pics later. Cheers.
@radio_RG Just wanted to say thanks for the amazing coverage. Currently 30 miles east of Schenectady, up in the Berkshire Hills cheffing at a boys summer camp. Chicken Marsala and Bolognase on the menu for tonight! Cheers!
