America is not only the greatest nation on earth. It is the most powerful brand ever created—built on freedom, possibility, innovation, and the enduring belief that tomorrow can be better than today.
The National Design Studio team continues to grow here at the White House. It’s my pleasure to welcome Peter Arnell to @NDStudio 🇺🇸
Peter Arnell has been appointed Chief Brand Architect of the United States of America — the first person to serve in this role.
Peter will help advance President Trump’s Executive Order 14338: “Improving Our Nation Through Better Design.”
With more than four decades of experience shaping some of the world’s most influential consumer experiences and brands, Peter will help define and unify how the United States expresses itself — aligning national identity, design systems, communications, and citizen user experience into one coherent whole for the American people.

The @ndstudio team is growing fast!
We're rebuilding all government digital services from the ground up. If you're ready to come to DC and ship at national scale, reach out. 🇺🇸
I joined National Design Studio as a Member of Technical Staff in D.C.
AI is reshaping how people and systems interact, yet the government services millions rely on are still slow and hard to use.
We’re bringing frontier technology and design to rethink these experiences end to end for the entire nation. The team @jgebbia and @as400495 has assembled is exceptional, and I’m excited to play my part. Onwards!
I went to the White House! :D
I recently had the privilege to visit @ndstudio in Washington DC. Incredible to see the caliber of people building new tech for all Americans. Huge thank you to @as400495 for the invite, & @jgebbia and the NDS crew for all you're doing for America!
