Being the Head Coach is tough. Some think coaches just yell and get Gatorade dumped on them. That's not what it's about. You navigate difficult situations, that come out of nowhere, that you did not create, but will affect you. It's very rewarding, but different than you think.

@dima_mixon Most teams only see that type of scheme once or twice a year. Hard to prepare for that in a week. Being like everybody else just isn’t cutting it so it can’t hurt!

@dima_mixon They need to go the route of the service academies and level the playing field for the athletes that Southern Miss does get. We have to compete with SEC schools all around and just don’t land those type of kids. Bring in an assistant from a service academy or something similar.
