(Sorry if this second installment was uploaded way too early, I couldn't get it out of my head!)
Let's skip a few decades and talk about one of the key themes of Stranger Than Heaven: music. Specifically, Japanese jazz and how it might figure into the 1945 storyline.
@STH_Game
@STH_Game@ryugagotoku And that's about it for now. I think I'll do this kind of thread weekly. Game has me in a chokehold and I can't stop thinking about it. The next thread will likely be about 1915 Kokura and how historical events may play a part in the game's narrative. @STH_Game#StrangeTheories
Strange Theories #1: Makoto Daito's Birth
I decided to make a series of threads about theories surrounding #StrangerThanHeaven lore based on actual Japanese history.
I'm calling this series #StrangeTheories. Let's start with Makoto Daito's birth. (cont)
@STH_Game
@STH_Game@ryugagotoku All of these lead us back to our original question: how was Makoto Daito born in America?
The possible answer: one of his parents might've been a Japanese plantation worker in Hawaii, met the other American parent there, then moved to San Francisco to start a family. @STH_Game
@somartist2 You'd probably be (un)surprised to know that this wasn't the first time that their mod banned an artist for allegedly using AI. This also happened in 2022, and they set the sub to private for a time, playing the victim card!

@ameiro1995@jack840A If Japanese actors involved in sex scandals can be given a pass, can the same be done for those involved in drug-related scandals, too?
All I'm saying is bring Hiroki Narimiya back for Yakuza Kiwami 4. @RGGStudio
