@BeingJWood A point of the tariffs isn’t to quit importing. These tariffs are reciprocal to attempt create fair or even free trade between the US and other countries. EU and Vietnam are already jumping onboard.

@maziehirono Speculation and if they stick. Countries are already jumping on board to remove tariffs on both ends. Overall that seems like it would make things cheaper for all Americans. Plus oil cost dropping. Plus no inflation. We could be way ahead by the end of the year.
