You should pick up the book "This is My Doctrine" by BYU Professor Harrell. It outlines the radical shifts in LDS doctrine over time, including the doctrine of sealing and families. Joseph Smith and Brigham Young taught that the righteous should be sealed to a higher-priesthood holder, not to their parents. The first generation of the Restoration would not recognize the modern version of heaven you accurately describe as the current teaching of the LDS Church. It is hard to argue that this eternal family-sealing doctrine, not found in the Book of Mormon or the revelations released during Joseph Smith's lifetime, is somehow evidence that the Restoration is Christian, especially when, as you correctly point out, this doctrine is rejected by Christian churches.
9 out of 10 or more Mormons can't tell you that simple recitation of what the marks mean. About half might get the two on the breasts and maybe 3/4 would know the knee mark. But I'll bet you fewer than 1 in 10 could tell you what the stomach mark means. They hide behind the word sacred to cover the fact that they just don't think about it and only go through the motions in the temple. The type of person that thinks about what the marks mean, thinks themselves out of the church most of the time.
@AmiriKing@grok did George Floyd dress as a water company worker and commit a home invasion with 5 other men, targeting three female victims, one of whom was pregnant?
One of the signs of a scam/charlatan is the wild use of comparisons. "The most mathematically efficient monetary weights-and-measurments known to man" is just crazy talk. Sounds just like Trump or a carnival barker or a used car salesman outside an army base in the south. Then the video doesn't even purport to show mathematical efficiency, instead focusing on a hypothetical limitation on the number of standard weights (of different sizes) on all ancient balance scales. LOL. This brand of apologetics is so bad it drives intelligent people out of the LDS Church.
An Anthropic engineer paid for my espresso at Sightglass when he saw my screen
I was running my Polymarket bot from the counter. He was next in line. Looked over my shoulder. Stopped scrolling.
"That's not a normal trading app. What's it actually running on"
I told him. Claude Code. Four repos. $25 a month.
He sat down without asking.
"I'm on the agent team. We stress test Claude for exactly this. You're letting it find its own edges"
Not just edges. Wallets.
86 million trades. Every wallet. Every entry. Every exit.
"You're feeding Claude raw wallet data and letting it identify who consistently wins. Then cloning them"
He said it slowly. Like he was writing the threat model in his head.
One prompt. Find every wallet with 100 plus trades and win rate above 70%. Rank by profit. Export top 50.
Claude scanned 14,000 wallets in 4 minutes. Returned 47.
The top 20 made more than the bottom 13,000 combined.
"That's not a stat. That's a hit list"
Exactly.
"And you didn't write the scoring function"
Claude did. I just wired it into an if-statement.
Then I showed him the second repo.
Official Rust CLI. No API key for reads. 500 markets, Claude scores them in minutes.
Gap. Depth. Resolution window.
487 markets become 35 before a dollar moves.
93% killed before I even see them.
A green fill landed on the screen. +$84.
He watched it hit.
"How does it decide to actually enter"
Three agents. Shared wallet. No shared memory. Arbitrage, convergence, whale copy. 2 agree, full size. 1 alone, half. Disagree, no trade.
Consensus filter alone killed 40% of losing trades.
"And the exits?"
The 47 whales never hold to settlement. 91% exit early. 73% of max profit captured. Redeploy immediately.
My bot cuts at 85% of expected move or on a 3x volume spike.
"You built a whale copy bot that exits before the whales"
Yeah.
He put his espresso down.
"How often does it trade"
10 a day on average. Most of them skipped before I look up from my coffee.
My setup:
Claude API - $20/mo
VPS in Germany - $5/mo
poly_data - free
polymarket-cli - free
Polymarket/agents - free
$200 seed. 27 days ago. $14,300 now.
Copytrade here: https://t.co/zDXGamMWw0…
271 trades. 74% win rate. Sharpe 2.47.
I haven't touched it in 27 days.
He stared at the screen for a long time.
"This is literally what our red team simulates. Except you actually shipped it"
He emailed me the next morning.
"Any chance you'd take a call with our policy lead"
I told him the article is the call. Read it twice.
Too late to gatekeep.

@Sean66944225364 Lol. If your criteria is number of great and spacious buildings built, a dishonestly inflated number of adherents, and a book that has conclusively been proven not to be what it claims to be over and over again--here is your blue ribbon.
This comment is high comedy. All Christians believe that Jesus had to bleed from every pore in Gethsemane, be tortured & die on the cross, had to take upon himself the sins of the world, then raise up on the 3d day. This was not for giggles. It was necessary to save us sinners. Islam looks at Christianity and says "You silly Christians don't understand that God is all powerful and doesn't need to torture and kill his son/himself to save us. He just chooses to forgive us. No barbaric sacrifice is needed."
Actual quotes from President Trump:
Trump’s “victory timeline” claims.
Mar 3: "We won the war."
Mar 7: "We defeated Iran."
Mar 9: "We must attack Iran."
Mar 9: "The war is ending almost completely, and very beautifully.
March 10: practically nothing left to target
Mar 11: “You never like to say too early you won. We won. In the first hour it was over.” Mar 12: "We did win, but we haven't won completely yet."
Mar 13: "We won the war."
Mar 14: "Please help us."
Mar 15: "If you don't help us, I will certainly remember it."
Mar 16: "Actually, we don't need any help at all."
Mar 16: "I was just testing to see who's listening to me."
Mar 16: "If NATO doesn't help, they will suffer something very bad."
Mar 17: "We neither need nor want NATO's help."
Mar 17: "I don't need Congressional approval to withdraw from NATO."
Mar 18: "Our allies must cooperate in reopening the Strait of Hormuz."
Mar 19: "US allies need to get a grip - step up and help open the Strait of Hormuz."
Mar 20: "NATO are cowards."
Mar 21: "The Strait of Hormuz must be protected by the countries that use it. We don't use it, we don't need to open it."
Mar 22: "This is the last time. I will give Iran 48 hours. Open the strait"
Mar 22: "Iran is Dead"
Mar 23: "We had very good and productive talks with Iran."
Mar 24: "We’re making progress."
Mar 25: “They gave us a present and the present arrived today. And it was a very big present worth a tremendous amount of money. I’m not going to tell you what that present is, but it was a very significant prize.” Mar 26: "Make a deal, or we’ll just keep blowing them away."
Mar 27: "We don’t have to be there for NATO."
Mar 28: No major quote
Mar 29: Claimed talks were progressing
Mar 30: "Open the Strait of Hormuz immediately, or face devastating consequences."
Mar 31: Claimed a deal was "very close" and that Iran would "do the right thing"
Apr 1: "We’ll see what happens very soon."
Apr 2: Repeated that a deal was likely, while warning of continued strikes if not
Apr 3: "Something big is going to happen."
Apr 4: Said Iran must comply "immediately" or face further consequences.
Apr 5: "Open the fuckin' Strait, you crazy bastards, or you'll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah."
April 6 :a whole civilization will die
April 7: total and complete victory
April8: objectives were met
A true disaster
This is a clown dancing for his master. Utah has had mail-in balloting for decades. There is no voter fraud in Utah. He knows this. It's all a lie designed to suppress the vote. Instead of persuading immigrants and minorities they just want to eliminate them and/or their votes.
🚨 BREAKING: Sen. Mike Lee is being praised nationwide for staying on the Senate floor until almost 11PM AT NIGHT to fight hard for the SAVE America Act
I mean WHAT ELSE can you ask for in a senator?! 🇺🇸
"I just finished a very lengthy speech on the Senate floor, I was going for about two hours, refuting over and over again the same arguments that the Democrats keep raising in response to the Save America Act."
"They're not getting more creative, nor are they getting more persuasive. The arguments they're raising are stale, they are distortions of what the bill actually says, distortions of the status quo of the law and of the Constitution."
"They're wrong, we're right. We keep this up, we will win. Stay with me. Baby steps to save America."
Thank you @BasedMikeLee!
You are assuming people are stupid in your advocacy on this issue. If what you say here were true, there would be massive voter fraud going on now and in the recent past. But Trump won twice and the GOP controls the House and the Senate. You are implying that GOP control was fraudulently obtained. People aren't stupid.
The solution here is easy: Universal photo ID required to vote, but only after the govt provides such ID to everyone at no cost. You want the requirement, and claim obtaining an ID is easy. If it is so easy, add the provisioning (and time to implement) to the bill and it would pass easily.
@realEstateTrent I message with my VA primary care physician through the VA app and he always texts back within 24 hours. Government provided medical care is so great. Americans who oppose it are so ignorant.
@Teslaconomics It now makes sense as to why Elon and Trump went to destroy the US dollar as the world's reserve currency. As long as the dollar holds its place of primacy, this effort would always be a sideshow.
@AngelaPaxtonTX They declared independence from Mexico because Mexico had outlawed slavery. Their declaration of Independence was a declaration in support of continuing the enslavement of Black people. It's nothing to celebrate. Santa Ana and his army were the good guys.
@gonzo497 They declared independence because they wanted to keep Black people enslaved and slavery was against the law in Mexico. Their declaration of Independence was a declaration in support of slavery. It's nothing to celebrate. Santa Ana and his army were the good guys.
