Shop & cook session today at Emerald. After budgeting & buying the ingredients we spoke about portion sizes, calorie content & how this fits in with weight loss goals. The result was a well planned and balanced meal that was thoroughly enjoyed! @HayleyS71786972 @rdash_nhs

Great to be back at Goal in Mind with @ClubDTitans yesterday. Plenty of precautions in place to ensure the safety of all participants. With some innovative session planning from the coaches, we were able to have a fun, challenging game & it was good to see everyone again! ⚽️
