There’s plenty of good storylines in this year’s QB class but none better than Washington State’s Cam Ward, who went from having zero FBS offers out of HS to having record-setting career at FCS Incarnate Word to being an ascending NFL draft prospect heading into his final season.
@Cameron7Ward stepped up on bigger stage in Pac-12 last year accounting for 28 total TD & leading @WSUCougarFB to bowl game.
Ward’s biggest bottom line strength is his Houdini-like
ability to escape pressure and to turn nothing into something.
Ward (6013v, 216v) uses his sturdy build to absorb contact & buy second chances and @seniorbowl expects him to be even more efficient within structure of scheme this year in second season under OC Ben Arbuckle, who helped tutor Senior Bowl alum Bailey Zappe two years ago at WKU.
Fun-to-watch Ward has chance to be third Coug QB in past six years to get the invite to Mobile (Gardner Minshew 2019, Anthony Gordon 2020).

I loved getting a chance to see our Lobos getting involved and working in their community! The kids were amazed that the Lobos were at their school! #LoboUp
Yesterday the Lady Lobos placed 2nd at the state meet. We cannot express how proud we are of them and how they competed! Our seniors have led and set the way for our younger ones to come back and compete for a state title next year.
This Labor Day, let’s thank all those who've kept our country going this year—nurses, teachers, delivery drivers, food service workers, and many more. We can honor them by building our system back even better—so that essential workers are treated like it, pandemic or not.
Today I’m tipping my hat to all the giants in the Negro Leagues, from Satchel Paige to Toni Stone and so many others. Their brave example, first set 100 years ago, changed America’s pastime for the better––opening it up for new generations of players and fans alike.
