@luke_skiba@JuneGoh_Sparta How does this make any sense for them smh. There are other ways for them to internally price control while running refining flat out to fill the row product shortage.
@NextWaveEFT But some lady on Twitter told me there was a ground water and earthquake issue in the Permian that was going to shut in production by end of 2025??
@AndrewDahDude@Fissure256@adropboxspace Gas prices got that high bc production collapsed during covid, & then the economy shot out like sling shot and it takes longer to produce more hydro carbons. At same time Russia invaded and world thought it was gonna lose 3% of production. Cant stop that unless you stop covid
@kkalev@policytensor I literally just said that. Political will means the desire of the population not that of one president. Also said literally that, if it was existential then it would be a much different outcome. We are saying same thing. I’m not talking about politics per se.
@kkalev@policytensor Points being made above are not just Taiwan specific. It could be any number of hyper aggressive actions like I don’t know..claiming the entire South China Sea & all its mineral rights. & yes the U.S. inability to win is bc there is no support for high oil prices or a ground opp.
