@UKAirband your customer service is second to none……….. only joking 20 phone calls down and still no one picks up the phone. Have you actually got any staff to answer calls. Been trying to contact for months, emails, tickets and voicemails but still nothing. Absolute clowns

@UKAirband When these issues very first started I was told I would not have to pay for my internet until the issues was fixed. It hasn’t been. But yet I receive a notice every month saying I’m increasingly in arrears. I’ve tried contacting you loads of times about this but no response

@UKAirband they tried to call when I’m at work, and above is my attempt to call them back. I have on going issues that no one has contacted me about this has been going on for months. Your support tech tried to contact me regarding something irrelevant to my issues. Thanks for reaching out
