@clubedoingresso I’m trying to purchase tickets and the payment is asking for a “documento do portador” what do I need to fill in as I think this is cancelling my payment.
@premierinn I received an email in response to a complaint I sent to Dominic Paul, regarding failed refunds, non returned escalated calls, and was told this would be looked into. STILL NO RESPONSE over a week later. Disappointed to say the least.
@currys@BBCWatchdog emailed by the complaints team on 6th November promising a manager callback, not received, emailed and called nearly every day since and been promised the same, no response, keep being asked to call who say they can’t do anything. Emailed CEO Disgusting.
@currys Thank you for your message I have and am still contacting you by every means possible. I have made 3 calls tonight, sent 4 emails. And repeated DM’s I will keep updating my progress publicly until I receive a response. Please can you confirm the email I should send my complaint.
