Said this last season and I’ll stick by it, an English side will win the Europa League every season in its current format.

The make-up is absolute dog shit with no teams dropping in from the CL, so you’re basically playing to be the 37th best team in Europe.

The Conference League is the European Johnstones Paint Trophy (all the clubs too small to matter) while the Europa ain’t much better.
