I was introduced to Google Jamboard this year and I love it! It supports classroom communities by giving students a voice. I’m excited to use this #edtech in my future classroom! #ci5307
I was able to conduct my first lesson this past week! I’m very happy with how it went and the students seemed to love it. Excited to add improvements to it and perform it again! #ci5307
A lot of teachers are stressed because their students are not where they expect them to be by this point.
They need to give themselves some grace. They can’t teach twice as hard and the kids can’t learn twice as fast.
We just take them where we get them… and move them forward.
@tyLanasaurusrex A5: I want to work in a district where administrators listen to teachers and the students want to learn. Technology integration doesn’t hold a lot of weight in my decision, but it would be an additional benefit as it can help students learn in a variety of ways! #CI5307
@tyLanasaurusrex A4: Every teacher should follow @Bored_Teachers. This account posts funny memes, thoughtful stories, and more that can put a smile on your face even after your most difficult days! #ci5307
@tyLanasaurusrex A3: To make our classrooms more equitable, we can’t assume that all of our students have the same access to technology. By using #edtech in our classrooms, we’re providing all of our students with skills that they might not have access to otherwise. #CI5307
@tyLanasaurusrex@CAST_UDL A2: Technology can be a great tool to allow students to be creative. Instead of writing papers or doing tests, they can create videos, podcasts, jamboards, projects, and presentations that are more fun for the students and builds on their creativity. #ci5307#pstpln
@tyLanasaurusrex A1: Hi! I’m Adam Kennedy. The older I became in my K-12 journey, the more access to technology I had. I remember using SMART boards in elementary school and then more technology each year until high school, where everyone was provided their own Chromebook. #ci5307#PSTPLN
