So deeply saddened to hear this. Senator Day meant a lot to IPIC and to me personally. He was a great man and leader. On his final day in Ottawa he walked from the Hill to the IPIC offices to gift me a framed patent from 1855. That’s the kind of guy he was. #cdnpoli #cdnIP
