@SkersNews As long as we don’t get blown out, we are in no worse shape than we’ve been all year. If it is a close loss or a win, then the season has just turned into something we haven’t seen in years.
@SkersNews This version of Nebraska is better in a lot of ways. They seem to believe that they can win. By the end of the first half I was pretty convinced this team was going to win.
@HuskGuys I don’t really feel like I have to be against him being successful. Other than when we play Oregon, I am okay with him doing well. Heck. Maybe he is getting a well coached offensive line that can protect him.
@SkersNews The thing about this team right now is that many of us are not ready to believe that they are getting better. We’ve, in a sense, been traumatized this past two decades. Statistically, we appear to be better, yet we want to find excuses why it isn’t real. I am one of them.
@SkersNews This is a game that we might have won last year, but it would have been 17-13. I think it felt close to you because of what we have endured the past few years. We would have either figured out a way to hand the win over or would have never had more than a 3-4 point lead.
@SkersNews I was just looking at BGU’d first game. Sheesh. The team better practice this week like they have a lot to lose in this game. The huskers better have this game locked up and building a ton of confidence going into the 2nd quarter.
@SkersNews I didn’t get to watch the game. Did you feel generous with special teams? I was curious how we would look with out coach Ekler. Other grades look encouraging.
@SkersNews I am trying to keep myself from totally falling for the idea that we’re back. I can think my way through a 10 win season, but am really trying not to tell anyone that I am kind of optimistic.
