@DakotaSpin Brown is not Giannis - not even close. 70% for two guys playing your turn / my turn is no good.
You can try and go the make believe drama route… but that’s all it is… make believe.
@NickCRadio He made it clear and he stated multiple times that to take advantage of Brown he has to be featured with the ball. He believes the team will be better next year… he didn’t want to say that directly as people would take it as a shot against Brown
@GlennDOrdway You mean like the last two years Glenn… With Tatum and Brown.
Those living with the delusion that this was a championship contending team are those struggling the most with this trade .
@DanLifshatz I expect the questions to be on point … but expect super vanilla responses… channeling their inner Bill Belichik (“what’s best for the team”). That said… not sure there is much Stevens can say without denigrating ownership or Brown.
@MikeGiardi Yep… That about sums it up.
Pretty sure Tatum wasn’t thrilled when you said your favorite season is the one in which he was badly hurt and not able to play most of the year. Find a mirror my man….
@NickCRadio 100% Nick
And when your teammate says his favorite season is the one in which you are hurt and not able to play… pretty much end the relationship
@NickCRadio Might just be me… but when he claims his favorite season is one in which he made it all about himself… (and got outplayed by PG in the playoffs)…it kind of says he is not really in it for the team.
His favorite season is when his “running mate” is hurt? That’s messed up
@JoeyMurr I agree Joe… Anyone that watched the last two years of the playoffs with an unbiased an critical eye had to come to the conclusion that this team really wasn’t contending.
@NickCRadio The league doesn’t value him as a SuperMax player… the evaluation has to be “is he worth 35% of your cap”. The Celts decided “no”. Brad made the trade at his highest value… and still got a limited return.
