✍🏼 The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers are excited to announce the signing of 2006 born goaltender Brett O’Hallloran.
O’Halloran, hailing from Calgary, Alberta comes to the Klippers from familiar territory, the Calgary Flames U18AAA program. This season in 26 games he carried a 3.14GAA and .913SV% in the regular season along with a 2.69GAA and .925SV% in the playoffs.
Assistant GM Ryan Gibson on O’Halloran: “Our staff was very excited when we had learned Brett chose to commit to the Kindersley Klippers. He is a smaller goalie, and does not allow that to affect his game in the slightest, he is extremely athletic, and makes himself big in the net to stop pucks. He comes to us with significant playoff experience, having been a key part of two deep playoff runs in the last two years for the Flames, including a trip to the Telus Cup last season. It will be exciting seeing Brett in a Klippers uniform next fall.”
We would like to welcome Brett and the entire O’Halloran family to the Klippers organization.

Final Kipper Tale goes to Jamie McLennan:
“I called and he didn’t answer, but I immediately got a text from him explaining he couldn’t make any noise because he was sitting in a tree, hunting, and it was minus-15.
“I wrote to him, (former Flames goalie coach) ‘David Marcoux is looking for your number.’
“All he wrote back was: ‘34.’”
