@JTLonsdale They should start with the Social Security Administration. We did a study of KY’s broken SSD system several years ago and found a huge variance in the ALJ disability allowance rates, ranging from 7% to 84%. 84% is a rubber stamp.

@therabbithole Perhaps some could be attributable to young people staying in school longer, accruing more student debt, putting home ownership out of reach longer. Many consider home ownership and some level of financial security a precursor to starting a family.
