incident happened on February 11, 2024 (a Sunday), during the 4th race (a 3-year-old maiden race) at Tokyo Racecourse (JRA).
• The horse was Aal Trust (アールトラスト), a 3-year-old debutante (by Maurice) that suddenly veered inward in the final straight, hit the inner rail, and fell. https://t.co/eI41L0CTCh
• Jockey Kosei Miura stayed right with the horse, comforting it while both received attention. A privacy screen was used as standard protocol. The horse eventually stood up on its own, and both were reported fine with no serious injuries.
