Just to be clear, I’m not trying to be racist or generalize anyone, but in my experience, when I got routed to Indian support, it didn’t really help. They mostly followed the standard protocol and reassured me that everything is being handled, but the case is still going nowhere.
So my advice is: stay POLITE, explain everything clearly, and if the conversation isn’t helping, properly end it and try again. Also, don’t use the same ticket or case number, because it will just route you back to an everlasting open case and ai will handle it.

I’m honestly so sad and frustrated right now, especially because I had a Meta Verified subscription and still couldn’t get proper support.
My main Facebook account was flagged for “Account Integrity,” even though I’m an actual human being using my real identity. The app said my account was under review and told me to come back in a day, but it has already been over 48 hours with no update.
Since I still couldn’t access my account, I created a new personal account using my real name. Then after I slept and woke up, that new account was also hit with the same “Account Integrity” flag.
Something is clearly wrong with Meta’s automated system.
I had Meta Verified, but it feels useless in this situation because once you’re locked out of your account, you can’t access the live chat or support that you paid for.
So I’m trying to use the power of X to reach an actual person at Meta. If there is still someone there who isn’t just AI, please help me resolve this.
I just want my account back.

Yeah, a lot of their support is automated now.
They do have a dedicated support team through Meta Enhanced Support, and the human agent was actually really helpful.
However, that support is only available through a Meta Verified subscription or a Meta Business subscription.
The problem is, even if you’re a subscriber, once something goes wrong with your account, you might lose access to the support tools you paid for, making it even harder to reach a real person.
Luckily, someone in my Business Portfolio still had full access, so we contacted Meta Enhanced Support through her account, and all of my accounts were fully recovered.
That’s why I really hope Meta keeps human support available and makes it easier to reach, especially for account integrity issues.
Exactly, that’s the scary part. I don’t just use mine casually. I use it for family, my business portfolio, and Meta Ads. My identity is fully verified, and I even have a Google Knowledge Panel, yet the system can still lock me out like I’m not a real person.
This level of AI policing is really bad. It made me think yesterday: they can lock us out of the market anytime.
What if the Philippines had its own Facebook-style social platform? I actually bought the Storyahe domain yesterday. Once some of my projects are finished, maybe I’ll work on it. As for infra cost, naaah, I’ll find a way to handle it.
