At a ceremony held earlier today, the family of Pearl Harbor attack survivor BM1 Paul Hines, Jr., scattered his ashes at the USS Utah Memorial. Hines was on board the USS St. Louis during the Pearl Harbor attack. Rest easy, shipmate. #NeverForgotten
