Over 8 weeks ago, my @British_Airways account was defrauded, and my birthday flight was cancelled. I reported it immediately, including to BA’s Chairman, yet I still have no resolution. This is unacceptable. @British_Airways, when will you fix this? #CustomerServiceFail@cedrsays
@British_Airways In the nicest possible way, you’ve already breached PSD Regulations by not correcting me financially and this case has been ongoing since the start of the year. I’m not asking for a response via Social Media - I’m asking for a response, period, which addresses the issue @cedrsays
