@BehrensSam@JoshLilj1 I will tell you it is hard to see the size/scope of the slices in the video. One slice is nearly too big to fit on a pizza stone.
@chrissssjohnson You can look at 401(k) loan options and/or taking the early withdrawal and paying penalty/taxes, to get out of 401(k), but would recommend you work understand the ramifications, and/or work with a tax advisor. No surprises on the backend.
@chrissssjohnson To everyone saying, “Rollover to an IRA”.
He didn’t say he is separated from his employer and can R/O the funds. Also doesn’t look 59.5 and can’t do an In-service withdrawal R/O now.
If above is true, and 401(k) has no Bitcoin options, you are limited for these dollars.
@chrissssjohnson Also, there are rumblings beginning in the next 12 months, these ETFs could be something that larger financial institutions can start actually recommending to clients, whereas currently, this cannot be recommended to clients from FAs at most large financial institutions.
@chrissssjohnson Would you share your opinion on Bitcoin ETFs like FBTC/IBIT?
My wife and I have been buying for 9 months, mix of Non-Qualified, SIMPLE IRA, SEP IRA, Roth IRAs, and the returns have been fun to watch.
Do you feel these ETFs will see 95% or more same returns as Bitcoin?
@leadlagreport With your prediction of an upcoming global margin call, would like to know if/how you see this correlating to the digital currency marketplace (Bitcoin, etc) upcoming?
@EricRayweather@HerksSportsMind Should we go back to college and do another dynasty mode together? We can see if the 64 house is available in College Town.
@JHartFlips Still appreciate all the help you provided over our first few years getting started in this! Wouldn’t be where we are today without some of the things you did/shared.
When I get down to ATL this summer, would be great to meet you in person!
Stay blessed!
@SaulSellsStuff@ZachAltmyer Thanks for the response! Where we live, massive RA opportunities and I am seeing less and less people willing to spend their time in stores, and rather focus on OA.
I don’t mind putting the miles on!
@JHartFlips For 2024 we are focused 100% on the quality buys (Lego/Jurassic World/discontinued products/seasonal/etc.) and brands we have moved in the past and done well on with great Keepa charts. Longer timeline but we should be spending only $300k and make true profit of $180k-200k.
@JHartFlips Would like to see a 1 year Keepa chart for this product.
One of the many reasons I love this business is there are so many ways to make this all work profitably. For us, assuming we can make 75% ROI in 6 months, we are holding.
4 years of 100% reinvestment has awarded this.
