Ah MAZ ing dinner last night @APLRestaurant in Hollywood. The thick cut grilled bacon was OMG delicious! The 100 day dry aged tomahawk ribeye was ultra tender & so rich. APL had custom knives made for their craft beef. They were kind enough to give us a tour of the aging room!
