Great night on the mat yesterday, with former Olympic medalist & Superstars champion Brian Jacks, 10th Dan

@TalkTalkCare any idea what caused the fault or has it just fixed itself?

[Adam Plinston @AdamPlinston]

@TalkTalkCare retuned this morning & the internet channels appeared & are working. Thought you had done something at your end, maybe not

[Adam Plinston @AdamPlinston]

@TalkTalkCare morning, it's a new day so let's start afresh - 'wow' me with your customer service & fix my fault!

[Adam Plinston @AdamPlinston]

@TalkTalkCare I've already DM my landline! I've done everything asked & now in a worst position with 0 Internet channels! Needs resolving.

[Adam Plinston @AdamPlinston]

@TalkTalkCare just had a call asking if fault was still there - then told I would get a call back in 48 hrs. Is someone taking the p*ss?

[Adam Plinston @AdamPlinston]

@TalkTalkCare still waiting to hear back since 12:51 - You can't respond all morning with instructions then just completely stop

[Adam Plinston @AdamPlinston]

@TalkTalkCare still no internet channels. Does anyone care? Can anyone tell me what happens next? Ideally, I'd like to canx contract

[Adam Plinston @AdamPlinston]

@TalkTalk_UK in conversation with care team re my problem but since 12:51 have heard nothing, no replies. Service being provide so poor

[Adam Plinston @AdamPlinston]

@TalkTalkCare everyone taken half day? Will I be receiving a refund for the channels I'm paying for but not receiving?
