@JakerBrahney For me it depends on how long CDL is out. If it's a while, you're losing two of your most disciplined hitters and Ingle would be a better replacement there. Watson's ability to play CF and power is definitely intriguing, but Kwan, Schnee, Angel can all play CF too

@hiramboyd @GageEHC The way the lineup works together matters. You can have a few free swingers like Martinez and Arias, but you also need guys who see pitches, get on base and keep the line moving. Valera does that.

@hiramboyd @GageEHC Here's the issue: you're losing Jose and potentially CDL, two guys with arguably the best command of the zone on the team, and you're bringing up Arias who has no command of the zone and keeping Fairchild? Valera still puts up professional ABs, doesn't chase.

@hiramboyd @smojtv2310 It's funny, we both like Valera. You think he shouldn't have been sent down, I think he shouldn't have been brought up lol. He missed almost all of ST, got a handful of rehab ABs then was immediately in Cleveland. I think they should've treated April like his ST

@JakerBrahney I'm excited to see Espino up of course, but it is curious why Aleman hasn't been brought back. I get that Festa could potentially go 2 innings, but that's usually in mop up and he usually gets hit around when he comes back out. Aleman has gone 2 innings a few times this year...?
