Millburn Showcase was a blast!! So much fun at Battle of the Bluestem Books with @yourmediacenter! It was wonderful to see so many Millburn students & families! ❤️ #d24inspires@MillburnMustang
Sending love to all my social workers out there. I see you! I know the 13 hrs we are asked to do in a 7 hr period of time 😊. Reminder to all... SEL is an everyone thing! It can't just be on the social workers anymore! It takes all of us to support the heart side of the triangle.
I can’t wait for #RSAC22! Looking forward to lots of learning and excited to present with @MesPursche- Invested in Instruction: Differentiation & Student Engagement Strategies ☺️Hope to see you there! @iarssil@MillburnMustang#d24inspires
Last one, I swear. 8th grade teachers and admin getting out on some roller skates for a little fun after a day of touring and a 5:30 AM departure. No bones were broken 💪🏼
Mrs. Nehila, our amazing Adapted P.E. Teacher, created a fun and impactful learning opportunity for our Early Childhood students. Our 5th graders did a great job leading the stations and providing positive leadership.
Mr. Cramer and our MMS Choir had a great day of singing and fun at America's Action Territory last weekend! Well deserved #Cougars! #ChoirOuting#Community
WHATTTT?! @GrayslakeNorth is delivering welcome boxes to our 8th graders who will transition next year as Freshman! Love to see the warm and friendly welcome for our #Cougars!
Tech student of the week! I’m fortunate to have D in two classes. He works hard & persists until he gets the results he wants. When something is good, he works to make it better. He encourages peers to work toward high standards.I appreciate his leadership & positive attitude!
Proud of my students for overcoming obstacles that stand in their way!! Our weekly social emotional learning lessons + teacher support + parent engagement help our Cougars CRUSH their goals!!! 🎉🤩 #MillburnStrong
Today several of our SEDOL Students in our sector classes at Millburn had a rough day. I am SO Grateful for Ben Walshire (Principal) and Kari Gedville (Assistant Principal) the support and care they provided was amazing!! They truly make a difference for all students!!
Gave students a chance today to show their expectations of their teachers. We focused on what a “great” teacher is, says, does, and does NOT! Collectively, we agreed that we can all be held accountable for these as teachers and students! Next, we’ll draft our norms from these!
