We had a “VALIANT Attempt” at teaching crochet! Loved sharing an art form with other AI trainees that can’t be machined (yet)! #AI#PhD#crochet@VandyValiant
Thank you and congratulations to the incredible leadership team and organizing committee behind BrainHack!

@AdamSaunders97 presented "Super-resolution Multi-Contrast Unbiased Eye Atlases with Deep Probabilistic Refinement" at Southeastern Vision Research Conference here in Nashville.
At the recent @vuiis Retreat, @AdamSaunders97 presented "Vasculature-informed spatial smoothing of white matter functional magnetic resonance imaging." This novel method smooths images along the vasculature to unlock insights into brain connectivity. @VanderbiltU
@kurtschilling5 has tried all sorts of transforms (Fourier, wavelet, Radon, DCT, Hough) but @MASI_Lab members haven’t cracked the case yet! Here’s a curvature corrected version: 2/2
An image processing riddle for those of you interested — I bought this shirt at @SPIEtweets Medical Imaging 2023 and was told there’s a secret message if we run it through MATLAB. We can’t figure it out! Any thoughts? 1/2
This was an emotional day. After 15 years, closing the doors on the original MASI Lab for the last time. Alumni and friends come back and visit us in our new beautiful space with @VandyValiant. We will have a grand opening later this fall.
