'Sticking point' is a bit of a misnomer as it's a symptom of deceleration earlier in a lift, rather than a weakness in that specific position.
So instead of looking to treat the weakness at the point you 'stick', treat it a couple of inches below, at the deceleration point.
One from back in August 25 that hasn't seen light of day yet.

It's nice to hit a PB in the gym, but the cumulative effect of being stronger on Sam's sport is that he now hits over 300 yards consistently with an average drive of 108mph.

It's probably worth spending blocks of time without your supportive gear.
Training 'naked' allows you to work harder with lighter loads and if you get stronger without the gear? You'll be stronger with it.
Supportive gear is a tool and can be periodised like anything else.

I'm sure you didn't come here for advice thats so simple, but often the simple solutions work and are better than complex plans, or ideologies.
Unfortunately that doesn't catch as much traction on socials.
A low bullshit way to find your ideal squat stance that takes into account your own personal hip anatomy.
Because unlike a lot of coaches, I prefer simple and effective over trying to sound smart.

It was a year or so ago but this was 50kg and a PB double at the time.
Karens obliterated this since and has recently taken 55kg for a triple only a few weeks ago utilising the same clustered set format in this video which is so valuable for technical and explosive movements.
It's often a symptom of having a broad skill set but one of the things I've been guilty of in the past was having to many options when it comes to how you can work with me.

If you play a sport, it's probably a good idea paying for a coach and doing some sort of Strength & Conditioning, because you often end up paying either way.
You either pay for the S&C Coach,
Or end up paying for the Physio.

How close the bar is to your centre of mass matters.
The further the bar is away from you, the less you'll lift.
The 3rd pull is often where people struggle and the Muscle variations (with contact) are something I've found success in.
Max them out for 3s, or 2s reguarly.
Marie is a Weightlifter & Basketball player and while Power Clean & Jerks feel a pretty obvious part of the Olympic Weightlifting aspect of her training, they're also great for sport performance.
