@united doesn’t really care about us getting our bags after 2 hours. It’s not about the bags. It’s about the friends I’ve made with the other irate passengers who also have to sit at the airport waiting

@united flight UA1715 landed at Newark 9:45pm, at the gate 10:45pm, now at 11:45pm still no bags. I realize this time delay doesn’t affect your efficiency, but it’s seriously annoying for the passengers.
