Very excited to welcome everyone to Osborne Village with some new signage! The sign does have backlighting, which will be on display every night come 2024.
A nice shot by @AdamSharfe. Mid-century lettering looks cool next to the old mid-century church next door. An otherwise blank wall becomes a new landmark for the Village.
Beautiful views! Such sunny spaces! Mayor @ScottGillingham & I got a sneak peak on Adam Scharfe’s building in Osborne Village! It’s going to be great!
Race is on between the first two major new buildings to be built on the Osborne Village strip in twenty years.
I love working on projects (first one in the video) that help to redefine urban neighbourhoods. New storefronts and residents will be a shot in the arm for the area.
I’ve never gotten to be one of the shovel people! Exciting to be part of the Sharfe Developments sod turning (or was it snow turning) for Osborne Terraces in the heart of Osborne Village. It’s going to be fun to watch the transformation of the street. @numberTENarch@AdamSharfe
New mixed-use building on the strip in Osborne Village has started construction! Very excited to be part of this project that will bring new life to Winnipeg’s most important high-street.
I was asked to write a longer @winnipegnews column looking at city-building issues in the upcoming election. As I wrote, it evolved into a vision for the direction of our city.
Election at a point of inflection. https://t.co/Q3Pp09ljsg
