If only hard work could make everyone rich, then every other person would be a millionaire.
Work hard, but it's equally important to work smart.
Combine smart work with hard work- that's the secret recipe.
Not easy to understand and adhere to underlying stratagy which cretes a great MOS and mitigates risk
If investor strategy built with high expectations of return, then high probability of investing in hot momentum stocks which deteriorates MOS and long term returns

India PCI - $2,380 - salary - $3,996
USA PCI - $40,000 - Salary $ 48,000
In a low per capita income poor nation , labor value also low

Based on the recent statement by Narayan Murthy, I was curious to compare the work duration and IT freshers pay across the countries.
I used Chat GPT to get the data and the results were shocking. Indian IT freshers are the most over worked and the least paid compared to any other major economy in the world.
and that's a sad state to be honest.
