@Chris_Smth@4score__7 Prices historically devalue following a macro correlated price plateau - you cannot refi if there is a devaluation scenario without bringing significant cash to close due to LTV increasing. You haven’t witnessed this and it shows - or if you have witnessed it you’re deceptive
@nickgerli1@JohnRavenda Blame lies with Zestimate - new dynamic since last downturn and sellers aren’t inclined to take realtors’ opinion over the emotionally linked Zestimate value which they view as truth in a sea of subjectivism. Resale Prices will drop only when Zestimates lead downward
