Sometimes you have to do the investigation BEFORE the suspect knows as then the suspect has chance to destroy evidence.. it’s established case law. Like sex offenders know you’re coming so they get rid of the evidence before you arrest them!!

They are obliged to ensure that criminal money isn’t being processed via their accounts. IF they are unable to do so then they MUST report this to police.

@SuellaBraverman As an ex cop that type of training was more 20 years ago during the “politically correct era” and yes it was heavy on the anti white culture and waffling on about unconscious bias. I don’t think it’s still around and the cops just probably remembered that course like I did
