@LincolnWatson86@AVFCOfficial result to playground insults because you glaze ridiculous ticket prices for shitty games that the team throws. nice one mate
@Conradreturns_7@villanK7 not a chance in the world we leave Villa Park with a win tonight hahaha. has liverpool 3-0 with a shitty villa side out there playing around the back like tossers
@MrWayneGarton@walshcat1 Top 5 means nothing if you don’t stay in it.. we’re likely not staying in it so therefore a nomination makes no sense. These nominations came too soon to tell.
@Ryan50969457703@danbardell I agree, its not a healthy lead though. 2 fixtures that Emery has never won and we'll be throwing one of them away tomorrow. Bournemouth and brighton could easily win their final 2 in order for one of them to qualify for UCL.
Pep could still win the league. Carrick is whatever.
@SiORegan Or we could end up in conference league.. in which case he doesnt deserve the nomination. Nominations were way too soon imo to tell what manager should be nominated.
@Ryan50969457703@danbardell so then we go back to my original point in which I said ‘the nominations feel too soon’
So then we go back to the drawing boards and say why would Unai deserve the nomination over them? He hasn’t gotten UCL yet and we could end up in conference league which would be a failure
@Ryan50969457703@danbardell ‘Potentially’ we haven’t won a trophy, we might not even win the final. and it’s the ‘PREMIER LEAGUE’ manager of the season not carabao and Europa league manager of the season.
We could also end up in conference league, Emery definitely wouldn’t deserve a nomination then.
@Ryan50969457703@danbardell Ye
Iraola- Europe for the first time.
Le bris - kept Sunderland up comfortably
Carrick - got United UCL and 3rd.
Andrews - kept Brentford up and fighting for Europe after everyone said he would fail.
Arteta / Guardiola one of them will win the league with good records this season
@GlenAvfc@GarySmithJnr They’ve been out of the UCL for 3 years and he created a stable dressing room environment and has managed to secure 3rd.
I however agree with Gary that the nominations are too early, people outraged that Emery should be on there when in reality we could end up in UCL or UECL.
@walshcat1 im genuinely trying to understand you, what are we disagreeing on? Yes Emery has done better than them managers in the fact we’re guaranteed a form of Europe but it’s not UCL so therefore it’s not impressive. What those managers have done for their clubs has been impressive
