@CoinDesk @Cointelegraph please do some digging into @coinbase funds disappearing from users accounts in the past 24 hours. Many people reporting this. @CoinbaseSupport not responding to enquiries.

@coinbase @CoinbaseSupport support management is pathetic. Seems many people's funds are missing from their portfolio balance. At least send a global update that you are looking in to it or respond to cases.

@CoinbaseSupport I opened up Case# 03196962 12 hours ago. Transferred over £1000 worth of btc and eth from one wallet to another. Got notifications transfer was successful. Coins not been added to wallet though. Please attend to this urgently.
