If an observer cannot be truly stationary, and an astronaut moves away from that observer at a meaningful percentage of the speed of light and returns, why has the astronaut’s time passed slower? Couldn’t the opposite argument also be true? @robinince
@crudtown If only there were a giant effectively limitless body of water somewhat closer than the Midwest that could be tapped with a bit of innovation.
My brother Evan would have turned 31 today. While it’s been a few weeks since he passed, the finality of him being gone is still impossible for me to comprehend. He shared this poem a few months ago that I think encapsulates him well.

@crudtown Because we typically wait until the fires are ripping throughout CA before trying to go backpacking and then need to drive to another state to escape the smoke. So use that money for a few extra rakes and maybe we can finally just stay in CA.
