Red Ribbon @WVHSCCTF meet. Reminded of making safe decisions this May and also celebrating senior leadership and commitment.

Student led mentorship and leadership, it’s what makes for a thriving school. Big thanks to these student leaders who pushed themselves and supported each other at the @wheatonparks today. Thank you @ipef204 for supporting our programming of Warrior Connections.

Today was a great day all around! In the 400 I ran 54.48, and I got to run on the 4x4 with some of the fastest guys on my team. This week of practice really prepared me for today, and I’m really excited to see what my team and I can do for the rest of this season. @WVHSCCTF

Fun meet this weekend at Hononegah! In the 4x4 I split 55.95 and our relay came 9th, and in the open 400 I ran 56.92. Lots of progress has shown over the course of this indoor season, and I’m very excited to continue this momentum into outdoor 🙌🏽

Great meet today at @IlliniTrackXC! I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to run in this high quality facility against some of the best in the state. Meeting @FordxHurdles also made this experience even better🙌🏽 @WVHSCCTF

Received news via social media that Ailani Banuelos (Jr) lost her life to Osteosarcoma this morning. A true Warrior in all sense of the word. With support of Tri-M we are planning a celebratory benefit concert in her memory. We were all better having our paths cross with her.💚💛
