I'm extremely excited to finally share this! This is "Boss Rush", my orchestral homage to video game boss music. Lots of life delays have kept me from getting this out, but now I'm stoked to share my favorite piece I've ever written!
@evergreenqveen I always have mixed feelings when I turn the linework off. I mean, some of it I definitely intend on it from the start, but some pieces just need it. This one looks really nice and very children's book-esque without the lines.
@evergreenqveen This piece started as just a value study. I couldn't get the get right so I slapped on a tail, colored it all, and it's still more popular at shows than a lot of my other stuff.
@nonoworks 🦋 The sky has become my first place to check. I like Threads well enough, but it doesn't seem to open up to more things as well as the sky. I still check twitter, but it's more of a 'every now and again' platform (used to be my #1)
@Asinjuasflora It's never been good on any platform, but they do keep periodically shifting my feed away from art. Real life goes really well for me, but never socials
The long-awaited update is here! Tokyo Scoring Strings 2.0 has been reworked from the ground up with breathtaking legato, new articulations, re-cut recordings, new mixdowns and much much more. FREE for existing owners. That's not all...🧵

@michael_cryne I chose "Really useful", but I'd argue more on the side of "Essential" or "I would consider looking elsewhere if they DIDN'T include a games module"
@IsaiahToth_Dev Hearts vs HP is super clear, and your equipment changing your abilities and resistances is simplified but not completely unlike menu-based stuff. I wish a lot of RPGs of the time had worlds as well-designed as Hyrule was.
@IsaiahToth_Dev I think it was just some marketing in the 90s for Ocarina that labeled it as an RPG of any kind. I actually kinda think OoT is the most action-rpgish of them. Like, they're still action-adventure games, but the rpg trappings are there in OoT to an extent.
