The first draft of the Rebalancing program (one of two new programs we need) as well as some changes to the other contracts in order to make everything work together are on there.

Next stage is to push the rebalancing live onto devnet and test all aspects thoroughly, fix bugs, ai audit etc (hopefully about a week) - after that will be the Futarchy program which runs the actual market for the MILF every week and determines the pool allocations etc.
