@Im_a_nerd__ Amon definitely wasn't an "ordinary bender", he was a master blood bender, even better than his father who took down the adult team avatar w/ ease, and was turning adult Aang into a human pretzel before Aang jumped into the Avatar state.

Korra had 3 elements & no avatar state.

@wayne99ke @christ621ml Yes, calm, controlled & composed...extremely so. Prior to Mai & Ty Lee's betrayal, how frequently does Azula lose her temper? She usually appears unphased, even-toned, precise and calculated. Even when bending, her strikes aren't wild.

Zaheer, Azula & Tagah are in second place for almost killing the avatar while in the avatar state.
