It was NEVER about TV viewership. EVER. I was literally the only person bringing up viewership (except maybe Wade Keller) in that period and also the demos. It was all about household percentages. That was the only number used. Very often the show with more viewers "lost" in that era. Especially on close shows because one would have more VPH's than the other

Gone from the first picture at 142 lbs to the second picture at 166 lbs and I couldn’t be more annoyed with myself.

It’s a weird feeling to be a peace with death but in my darker days I was comfortable with the thought of dying. Long story short, check on your loved ones. Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about.💀✌️

Hardly exercised since lockdown.
Gained 26lbs.
Money is tight, can’t afford a gym membership.
No motivation or time to work out.
Mental health is going downhill big time. (Who cries watching Thomas the tank engine!).
I’m at a low ebb and don’t know what to do…
