@British_Airways I booked two emergency row seats (row 24) on a LGW A321. We've just boarded and only one of the seats is. Why do you 'sell/market these seats as emergency exit when they are not? The seat map you show online/on the app is completely different to reality...

@British_Airways Then the seat map of the LGW A321's should accurately depict the layout of the cabin... The cabin crew I spoke to about it said 'it happens all time'. Clearly something needs to actioned about this.

@British_Airways Really... I always book emergency exit rows as they always have extra legroom when flying on the airbus or Embraer aircraft. These Gatwick A321's have a different layout to the other A321's. They weren't in this configuration when they flew out of LHR...

@airlinevideos @brjc301 It didn't land in PHX. It was direct from LHR. When I came to SAN we flew direct in both directions.

@afneil I'm gold with BA and echo your comments. My solution was to status match with KLM/Air France (skyteam) they did an offer last year and I've just checked and they are doing it again. I've easily kept my Platinum status with them. Far better crews with KLM and their partners

@SW_Help please explain your logic with this. I'm at new Malden and you've cancelled a service to Waterloo. There's another train running late and you've decided to run this fast from Norbiton. Instead of stopping to pick us up and maybe run fast from new Malden instead....
