Where to start with that? Inject that dopamine rush into my veins. Screamers, 96th min winners, winning from behind at last, Alex Neil sprinting down the touchline, 18 injuries, this club could be back
Been a pleasure working on the @BBCEssexSport team alongside you the past 4 or so years. Ever the professional and the standard you set is unmatched. Saturday afternoons at Roots Hall won't be the same. ⚽️💙
FYI -
After 35 years of reporting from and commentating on Southend United matches, I’ve decided to step down from the role at the end of this season.
Although this is entirely my decision, I shall miss commentating on the Blues' matches terribly.

Results aside, really proud of the @BBCEssexSport studio team this afternoon ⚽️📻
That’s the most games we’ve covered in a show in a long time and they kept it all going superbly 😅

One of the most creative minds in WWE history. Despite when the lights would go out for his entrance, he would light up an audience when he arrived. RIP Bray ❤️
It’s with a heavy heart that I can now officially say I’m leaving BBC Essex. Over the past 9 years I’ve worked with the most wonderful people and had the privilege to broadcast with guests and listeners I consider friends. My final show is tomorrow for Saturday breakfast.
