@StickToTheModel @SatSunJP I think Peyton was a better QB and Rogers was a more physically gifted QB. Brady was definitely the most successful ever in terms of wins, but that also requires the other 52 guys on the roster to do their job as well as the coaches. Also Wins are not a QB stat.

@AaronQuinn716 @iAllisonMichele As the Son, Brother, & Husband of a teacher, with two kids this is spot on. Elementary Teachers are spending more time with your kids than most parents on a daily basis. My kids also have very little mental and emotional discipline left by the time they get home.

2. Start with casual, low time commitment, less competitive leagues
3. Try lots of different sports to develop well rounded athletes
4. Coach them to know that: Effort > Outcome
5. Tell them I love you
