@TD_Canada I have brought my concerns to the customer care management level only to not be responded to for three weeks. Then when I went higher, I was responded to to get no response to the questions that I had. This has been going on for over a month…
@TD_Canada has some of the worst “policy’s” to protect the customers privacy and protect against fraud. They totally contradict themselves but take no accountability for it. And when you question them they just simply don’t respond.. that’s a bank I want to bank with.. 🤦🏼♂️
@Cheesecake why when I’m told 30min wait to be seated turns into 1hr? Then once seated didn’t even have someone come to our table for 15min to take drink order.. I could understand if the place is packed but it wasn’t @ 7:50pm on a Thursday I talked to manager which did nothing.
Just want to make everyone aware that @TD_Canada does NOT take your privacy seriously. They will violate your privacy then when you ask questions they just say they have a policy around that.. Then upon request to have said policy sent to you they decline that. Be aware..
@goodgood_golf Very unhappy with your service.. Not having on your site that customers may be subject to duty fees is wrong.. And the service I have received after the fact has been terrible.
@TitleistCA Kinda upset… I ordered 2 custom wedges for my son for Christmas. When ordering it said delivery date before Xmas now one has shipped on Monday no tracking # and the other one isn’t even being built until the 26th due to something on back order… very confused/mad
