@FOXBaltimore We should have a points system. If you get arrest for any crime under 17 and under… 1st strike you get a a warning and or must complete community service IN the offending city. 2nd offense A Hefty charge $500+ 3rd strike, mandatory jail time!

@wjz Baltimore my hometown is full of murder crimes criminals drugs nothing to do far as recreation for the youth it’s limited for activities goes. Children raising themselves bad schools homelessness etc. we had to reload and we lost our daughter too the streets!
