A5 I think having time to check in with yourself and decide to take a break is important when dealing with toxicity. Depending on how you are feeling these breaks could be a couple of hours or at times a week. Take time to check in with yourself :)

A5 Avoiding responding to people that clearly do not want to participate in discourse. There is no point in trying to make your point if the other account or chat isn't willing to listen. Know your worth and sometimes just swallow what you want to say to people.

A3 Social Media is not always the most reliable source to use information from, while we can learn a lot, we need to understand where and who the information is coming from and take it with a grain of salt.
