@implausibleblog @chrs1927 We should be building 5 or 6 nuclear power stations instead of 1 . Rolls Royce had a great idea about small nuclear plants that got shutdown renewables is not the answer. And don’t get me started on on heat pumps in older properties. The gas grid needs to be switched to hydrogen

@Keir_Starmer First we will have to pay to dig up the paths too put in bigger armoured cables ,but most people who live on roads with terraced houses park in a different spot everyday so how do you charge your car ? . It’s going to be chaos. Our grid doesn’t have surplus capacity to do this
